King Fabrication Pty Ltd is a sheet metal fabrication and ventilation business based in Sydney. Our workshop is at 16/141 Hartley Road, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567. This policy covers the website at kingfabrication.com.au.

What we collect when you enquire

The enquiry and quote forms on this website ask you for the following. What you see depends on which form you use.

• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your message or a description of the work
• The type of service or project you select from the list
• Your suburb, on the forms that ask for it

Only the form you fill in collects this. Browsing the website does not.

What is collected automatically with an enquiry

When a form is submitted, the website also records the following alongside your message.

• The address of the page you sent the enquiry from
• The IP address the enquiry was sent from
• Google advertising click information, where you reached the site by clicking one of our Google ads, so that the enquiry can be matched back to the ad

Where your enquiry goes

Your enquiry is stored in this website’s own database, and is also sent over an encrypted connection to a client portal operated by Evosion, the agency that builds and maintains this website for us. We use that portal to keep track of enquiries and respond to them. Notification emails are delivered through a Google Workspace mail service.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses Google Ads to measure whether an advertisement led to an enquiry, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Both store first-party cookies in your browser once you accept. When you first visit, a notice asks whether you accept them, and nothing is stored until you choose. Our cookie policy lists what loads on the site, what each service is for, and how to change your mind.

If you would like to know what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it, contact us using the details below and we will help.
